DO...have a clean layout
DO...creat quality unique content. There are 1,000,001 beauty blogs out there.
DO NOT...focus on the numbers starting off. It is going to take a while to gain a large following.
DO...promote yourself. I see you have a YouTube channel. This is a great way to drive traffic to your blog.
DO...Network, learn from, draw inspiration from, and follow other blogs.
DO NOT...Get discouraged.
DO...It for the love of beauty!

Be regular with posts. Sometimes, I'll go on a youtube channel, and I'll immediately turn away just because they haven't uploaded a video in 3 months. Use your own pictures, and give solid material. If you're just going to do posts about your life, it won't be immediately appealing. Make sure that you really know what you're talking about. There are so many new gurus that seem completely clueless, so make sure that you can make some of your content rather advanced and thorough. At least as far as with looks and reviews. And network. Check out other peoples blogs, and comment! Hope this helps :)
