Eyeliner is my favourite kind of eye-makeup - I just never feel right without wearing it ! I usually wear pencil on my lower waterline and liquid or gel on the outside.
My favourites are : MAC Fluidline, Benefit BadGal and Illamasqua Precision Ink. What about everyone else ??

i do the same....
liquid: l'oreal's lineur intense in carbon black, make up forever's new waterproof liquid eyeliner.
pencil: urban decay 24/7 in zero, i used to use bourjois khol and contour in whatever the black shade is, but sephora doesn't stock it (always trying to add points to my beauty bank) and i like ud's liner better anyway!

Too Faced Perfect Eyes Eyeliner... totally beat out the UD 24/7 in a color quality/staying power swatch test at Sephora. I thought for SURE the UD would win me over, but alas... no, Too Faced all the way.

MAC Technakohl Eyeliner...I'm OBSESSED with this eyeliner! It's extremely long lasting and really dark; highly recommend it.

I love Stila's Stay All Day waterproof liquid eye liner. I went on a waterproof liner shopping spree a couple of months ago to try to find a long lasting liner and Stila's was the best hands down.
