Use it as a base under shadows to make them show up brighter

As said by Nickie, use it as a base for other colors and it will make them brighter.
+ use it in your lower waterline to make eyes look brighter
+ use as a highlight color on inner corner of eye and under brow bone

I see it used most often as a base (eyes, skin, lips) to brighten up whatever colour is layered over top. It's the only thing that made my 88 palette workable.
Personally, I need a primer underneath it to prevent creasing though.

Yes, it's a base but definitely will crease so use primer and apply sparingly. I love it, and I use it in every tutorial where in use bright colors. I even use it in my waterline sometimes if I am doing an anime sort of eye look. I use it to bring out the inner corner sometimes, to bring out a duochrome.

As others have said using it as a base for shadows, but use a light hand or it will crease and be sure to use it over a primer. You can also use it to highlight anywhere on your face your browbone, cupids bow, cheekbone, inner corner etc. Just blend it out a bit and voila! Highlited! You can use it on the waterline but I find it waaaay to creamy and stark on me. You can use it to change your brow color as seen in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hmaMTxncRVY&feature=channel_video_title

Definitely use as a base or to change your brow color. Here's one extra little tip: Sharpening them can be a pain. De-pot your jumbo pencils using your blow dryer and a pair of pliers. Then use a brush or finger to apply.

It takes a while, but it works. Be careful though or you'll end up with product splattered all over.
