I love layering a matte shadow on top of a cream shadow. It gives your eyes a dimensional look and really pop the colors out!

Matte skin, but it's nice to try different textures on the eyes and lips to get some variety in your look, although matte is what I lean towards :)

During the day when I am trying to keep my look professional, I opt for matte, or shimmer in neutral colors. At night, I usually mix things up, but tend to love the shimmer :)

Shimmer is good because my eye shape is not so dimensional, is like 2D LoL. Shimmer really make your eyes pop and makes them more 3D hehehe

Satin shadows are my fave, slight shimmer but not heavy glitter. I do like working with matte shadows as well.
