I don't know how often any of you get those unwanted hairs but they seem to appear at the worst times! Are there any methods that you swear by to remove hair? When it comes to shaving is there a way to stop hair bumps or is that just something that happens? Do you find at home waxing or any other method easier? Any answer would help. ~Thanks~

Don't even get me started! LOL I don't have anything I swear by, since it's always a pain - but usually it's home wax for anything on the face and shaving/salon visit for the body.
I wish I knew a for sure way to keep ingrown hairs away, but a few will occasionally get through. After shaving I make sure to moisturize like crazy.. I use a soothing lotion first, and then maybe 15 minutes later - a heavier moisturizer. On the day or two between I use a body brush to buff the skin for a gentle exfoliation.. and I've also resigned myself to the fact I can't shave every day because it wreaks havoc on my skin.

I'm a hair freak! I usually exfoliate with buff glove to make my ingrown hair out little bit first than wax it off! I use GiGi wax kit at home. Make sure it's not too hot, apply wax the same way as ur hair lay then pull the hair off the opposite way! I don't usually like to shave my leg( I don't like the feeling when hair grow back, so much thicker) waxing is so much better! Make ur hair grow softer( If u are first timer or try to wax after shave it hurt, a lot! But after that it will be less painful) as long as u pull hair off right way, u will get less ingrown hair ^^ if u have really bad ingrown hair and u have dark hair, try laser hair remover! It really works well with dark and ingrown hair! Hope this help u little bit~

I have the same problem with unwanted hair... my problem is my hair is on my face...ALOT of it. I've done waxing and threading in the same session(ouch) I currently wax at home using gigi but i came across a tool that I saw reviews for on YouTube and I deicded to hunt for it on EBay and I found it for 1$ free shipping. So im waiting for that to arrive.... this tool is like threading your face. without the thread.

I pluck - which, according to this beauty therapist I consulted, is horrible for your skin as it causes pigmentation and ingrown hairs. Still, I prefer it to shaving or creams though. Lol. And if you exfoliate often, the hair bumps should go away.
