I have a hard time getting a regular nights sleep and I have horrible dark circles under my eyes. Any recommendations for a good under eye cream for dark circles? I don't really have a problem with puffiness or fine lines (yet) but these dark circles are bugging me. I don't want to keep wasting my time or money on cream that really don't work.

Hi Gracielle, sleep more will be the best solution ^^ Or I highly recommend Shiseido White Lucent Brightening Eye Treatment, it's the best eye cream for dark circle!

Drink extra water (that's good for everything in your body). Try one of those face masks that you put in the fridge for a few hours and then put on your eyes, it reduces puffiness. Also, whatever concealer or foundation you happen to be using, remember that if the color is too light, it can make dark bags look worse instead of hiding them.
I can't really recommend any specific products.. but I hope some of these ideas might help!
