My two favorite drugstore blushes right now are ELF's Pink Passion & NYX cream blush in hot pink. Since it is summer I love going bright with my cheeks.

Physician's Formula's Happy Boosters! They apply like MAC MSF's do [in my opinion at least] and they're very pigmented. I have both in Rose and Natural. They aren't so much shimmery as they are "luminous". They give a great glow to your face for the summer! =)

Terra I can totally understand where you're coming from, the Target here in Hawaii has like one itty-bitty shelf devoted to E.L.F. so the selection is very very limited. Considering brands like Cover Girl and Revlon has a whole aisle. The Target here doesn't carry any Milani or NYX products.
CVS here has a limited selection of Milani and NYX, some CVS has more or less depending on which location. Then there is KMart which has a little more Milani items. =\
