Extra virgin olive oil or grapeseed oil. Cheap and super effective, works better then anything I've used so far.

I'm pretty cheap, so I've found that Walgreen's brand (in a blue bottle, compare to Neutrogena, I think?) works pretty well. :)

There is an oil free makeup remover by Mary Kay that I use. Also the makeup remover wipes from Forever 21 are good.
