How To Minimise Medium Sized Pores?

I have medium sized pores on the skin near to my nose, edging out towards the cheeks, do you have any tips or skin care products what you know will work in minimising them?(:

Try using baking soda and water. Make it into a paste and then put it in the area where you have the pores. Keeping doing it everyday and you'll start seeing they well get smaller.
