To thick eyeliner??

I tried liquid liner for the first time and no matter how thin I try to make it it moves around and gets big again does this look way to thick and are there some ways I can get it to stay??

Use an angled eyeliner brush! It's much more narrow and it's easy to make thin lines with it.

Use gel liner. its way easier and will help steady your hand.
