I have a benefit creaseless cream shadow that has complely pulled away from the side of the pot. I have heard that you can re moisten paint pots but I can't remember how it was done. Any tips?

Just zap it in the microwave for a few seconds without the lid. The container has to be glass though. And don't add any liquid as it will mess with the compsition of the product and just make it yucky. I've done this to several of mine and experienced no issues. Also for the future be sure to store them upside down (lid facing down instead of facing up).

Great tip shelley but I'm wondering why upside down?

How many seconds should I leave it in there Shelley? :) And no plastic containers?

No plastic containers and should do 10 second increments till it is softened. You should not allow it to go liquid.

Awww you are perfectly fine @Grace. No stiring...just want to get it soft. Don't let it turn into liquid.

Always store them upside down. Also your creme eyeliner etc...

Well, mine softened up and expanded to the edges again so I put it upside down in my makeup case and a couple hours later it was hard as a rock. Bummed.
