Sephora because ulta is kind of expensive with their drugstore makeup. It's like $15 for a drugstore foundation! I could get that at Walmart for $8. Sephora has higher end products that are better.

My only thing is that, if I wanted drug store makeup, I would go to Target. So I prefer Sephora! Also there's not an Ulta anywhere near me.

Even though Ulta has a side for high end products and drug store products and usually cheaper, I will say Sephora because they have makeup artists that can actually help you if needed. I never get the help I need in Ulta unless I am on the high end side..and I'm usually not.
