Ok, so I have these bumps that run along both of my arms. There not exactly pimples. I think it might be eczema, but it's not itchy. Any way to get rid of it? I've tried everything. Please any ideas?

It might be eczema, because it doesn't have to be itchy.

I have the same thing. It's most likely KP. You can look it up and it will tell you all about it.

I have eczema as well lily , it's awful, it's growing out of me now but when I was young it used to be so bad, it looked like I had huge gashes over my face and little boys and girls in the park used to point at me and say "MUMMY WHATS HAPPENED TO THAT GIRL" for one point in my life I stayed inside as much as possible;(

It started on my upper arm, I've had it for years now and it's migrated to my forearm.

Sarah I have it and it is KP. Its a pain , I have it on my legs as well and havent found anything that helps. I think if it gets too bad I will ask my primary doctor for a topical treatment.

I have it it is call keratosis pilaris and I got rid of mine by using exfoliating gloves everyday with a glycloic body wash or just a face wash for acne an use lotion after or shea butter

It doesn't really bother me to have it. I really don't worry about people seeing it. I have it more on my thighs then my arms. I have it on the back and insides of my arms.

I've been suffering from it for almost 15 years. Some spots get painful so I have to remove the plug ( after a warm shower ). Since I have had it so long I have quite a bit of scarring. Its gotten a little better on my arms but if there not painful I don't worry about it.

I have had it for a long time and it has gotten worse. So my main advise is to NEVER pick them! It causes it to spread and get worse!! Use lotion every day too.
