Yes it is called keratosis pilaris. the best way to treat it is exfoliate and moisturize everyday! there is a lotion called "amlactin" you can get it at walmart and any drug store. my son has it and he is not good at doing the regimine so it hasn't gone away. the main thing is to be diligent about exfoliating and moisturizing.
