Sleep with either strong white toothpaste on pimples

or

honey under a bandaid overnight.

Try breaking down an aspirin till it is powder like then add water to make a paste. Apply to the acne leave for a minute or so then rinse off. Also, for quick action apply ice to calm the redness and swelling and then prick open a liquid Advil and put a small amount on the pimple. Also bióre strips are great for black heads! They have ones for your nose and regular strips for anywhere else on your face :)
