Okay so I have a crazy amount of split ends on the underneath of my hair, like if I flip my head over they're all there. How can I get rid of them, or prevent them, I never use any heat on my hair except blow drying it.

The only way you can get rid of them, really,is by cutting your hair..

You can cut what split ends you have. And believe it or not just using a blow dryer is terrible for your hair. I know it sucks... But once you stop it'll grow so fast and also you can do treatments on your hair with home made things like bananas to make it soft or eggs with olive or coconut oil. Use these 1 time a week or 1 time a month an leave in for a hour. All that works promise! Good luck!

I have had awful split ends for as long as I remember! So bad the day after I have them cut they start re appearing! For the last month I have been using a dove intensive repair treatment conditioner only on the ends and they have nearly all gone! I don't use any heat on my hair at all on a daily basis though.

I use tresseme split remedy, it's a serum in a small bottle. It doesn't prevent split ends unless you cut your hair beforehand. But it does soften and smooth out the harsh looking split ends if you choose not to cut your hair! :)

You need to trim split ends or they will just continue to split further up the hair shaft. Remedies are nothing more than a temp fix and it's not going to repair itself, so trim away! If you have shorter pieces under your hair...along the base of your neck, that may be breakage.
