My opinion see a hair dresser.. they can cut it or recommend products.. Maybe they know why this is happening or maybe they know something about the bleach product you used. Maybe also try hair treatments like argon oil or a hair mask.

The problem with seeing a hair dresser is they will convince me of a hair cut and I'm not saying I don't need one but that's there job to get people to cut there hair, that's why I'm asking is there anything I can do before I go to a hair dresser.

Yeah, try some treatments like the argan oil. since your hair is thinning try coconut oil or castor oil. my hair has been falling too but I've started putting castor oil with almond oil once a week, its working:) Good Luck!

Get special cleansing shampoos ones with tee tree oil work great, deep condition, use essential oils, give yourself a scalp massage daily, don't use heat, and trim your hair cut.

Please see a derm!! the more you try to do, the worse it will get, there has obvoisly been a bad chemical reaction. I don't reccomend a hair dresser because they might just convince you to buy expensive products with morw chemicals

I agree with preeti but honestly I think it's worth going to see a doctor before hand. If your hair is really "falling" out a lot then it could be something unrelated to anything you've done to your hair and possibly a medical issue. I promise I'm not trying to scare you! I'm not a doctor and I don't know all the details but I think that this is important to rule out before anything else. Good luck xx

For repair, use essential oil conditioning treatments like pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair mask once a week and get regular trims to prevent split or damaged ends. Try not to use heat or dyes on your hair either! You can also massage your scalp once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to help stimulate health and growth, and leave in the oil for about 30-50 minutes to let it sink in and work. This kind of thing is very repairing.
