Well you could wear it with a dark shaded look with the same purple surrounding the outside and then just under the waterline, glossed lips and dark bronzer and blusher :)

I know this doesn't answer your question, but I think you should get a dress with something around the waist. that one doesn't really flatter you imo. but anyways the girls gave good advice :)

I agree with Lili about the dress and I think a dark smokey eye would look really nice! You seem to have good skin so I don't think you would need anything too heavy.
