I see make-up as a hobby and an art, I just don't see the problem😁 I guess we just have different opinions😄

I completely disagree in older times girls became women when they matured sexually (in the physical way) and married at young age. society has stepped backwards and a fully grown woman is a child because she is 16? not only that, an adult man who is attracted to her face, curves, and other adult features is a pedophile because of it?
seriously, age is just number. I would rather a 10 year old girl was into make up and grew up a glamorous, refined woman instead of trying to be a boy and not caring about her personal appearance at all when she is an adult.

To add to Alex's paragraph, this website certainly isn't the worst place in the internet they could be... I know 11 year olds investigating porn... I know I'd rather my child (if I have one) being into make-up.

I'm extremely jealous of all the girls that don't have to wear foundation or BB cream to cover acne!

I wear mascara and sometimes like a gold eyeshadow and of course concealer (acne 😷) and then sometimes lip gloss.

I'm sorry and I might get hate for this but 11 12 and thirteen is when the majority of kids get break outs also wearing makeup itself does not make you age prematurely there is no scientific proof that is does that the only thing that might is if you apply your makeup to roughly and if you don't take off your makeup properly it causes pimples I don't think you should be criticizing Tweens and young teens for wearing makeup and I don't think they shouldn't be aloud to go on this site this site is just educating

Monkey, I think you're taking all this really far. What you said about Sarah was uncalled for, she doesn't even look like she's wearing makeup in her pic, and you accuse her of looking older- LOOK AROUND YOU. girls are naturally maturing faster as far as looks, and its not their fault. More than that, Sarah is gorgeous! Also, who ate you to tell anyone how to raise their children? Talyah was raising a valid point!

@Taylah I agree, I have tried to search for explicit stuff on here but there is almost no sex, nothing lewd. the worst is girls in bikinis or maybe dating advice threads. this site is clean and hey..if a kid gets enough allowance she/he should be free to go to sephora and buy eyeshadows and lip glosses.

I'm not sure that's realistic.. I haven't seen any 11 year olds wear make-up like that even when just playing and dressing up... But if they did it would be their choice. I'm really more concerned about clothes. And I'm not a male but if I saw someone with that much make-up I wouldn't be turned on

It's a sweet sorta app/website 😄 I mean everyone's opinion is completely valid of course. I'm not sure we had to make a thread about other peoples choices. And saying they shouldn't... Opinions, sure I'm open to them! But telling people that they're wrong and they shouldn't do things they like and doesn't hurt anyone (other than their skin maybe) I just think that's a bit harsh.

I feel hit here. Because many people on my age (13-15) use makeup to feel pretty. Because people get bullied. And then the are getting low confidence. Like me. I'm using makeup because its like my hobby, and I can feel pretty. Because in primary school I did get bullied for like, 7 years. And it have breaken my confidence. So makeup is my hobby, its makes me happy. But I do many otherthings also. Yeaah.. Sorry for bad english.

Who the hell is she? a member on a public forum. you shouldn't rant and only expect positive feedback, be aware not everyone sees life from your perspective. as for parenting, having children doesn't make you a parent, it just means you popped a human out of your womb. being a parent is a journey where both the adult and the child grow. not only that, the ideals you teach your children come from the ideals you formed through your own life. there is no one size fits all. however, the way children are given no free will or choice is a dangerous epidemic. what happens when parents can no longer decjde for them? they are lost. and quite honestly, children maturing quicker is not an illness, it is the natural evolution of humanity and the rightful course. not to be lewd, but if a 12 year old girl has full breasts and pubic hair why should she need to act as if she were 8? she is growing up, deal with it. it is all a double standard because a 16 year old is told not to wear make up, not to dress sexy, not to be her own woman, yet she is expected to drive herself, work, and take AP classes? all the burdens of adulthood without the freedom. now that is child abuse!

Have you guys ever seen those little girls at sephora with their phones and screaming at their moms just because they wanted they wanted sonething? I remember this girl whose mom was like "if you don't stop ill take away your phone ipod and ipad and cut your allowance to only $30 a week. wow when I was 10 I had lego. and I remember the first day of high school as a junior, walking into a hallway of purfume and caked faces...ahhh the freshmen.
