I'm going to be 13 in a little and my mom allowed me. It's dumb if your ten and on here. I don't wear a lot of makeup. I only wear neutral to school and when I go to ex a wedding shower.

I started wearing makeup really young, and I actually regret it cause I looked a hot mess :( hahah. If any 10 year olds would like to wear makeup..we can trade lives for a week...please?
