Grow it out? Please help!

This is a very blurry picture taken after a very long day at work but this is my hair right now. I feel ugly and most of the time I feel like I look like a boy; I probably do. It would mean a lot to me if y'all could leave your opinions. Should I grow it out or not?

Also, if I decide to grow it out, do you have any tips on how to make it grow faster?

Hi Shaiane,

I think your hair is cute. You can always style it differently ala Jean Seberg (pic below) who is very feminine. Short hair isn't only for boys (and you don't look like one, anyway).

Your hair is cute! You can pull it off. If you ate worried about looking like a boy (which you don't) wear eye makeup in a darker shade.

Thank y'all (-: & Savanna, even when I wear makeup, I feel like it just makes me look uglier. :-/ My confidence levels are at rock bottom.
