Are you using a semi permanent dye? they're naturally going to fade with each wash - try washing in cold water only with a sulfate free shampoo or even baking soda. also try not to shampoo your hair every day because it will make the color fade faster!

It was a foam dye I used it twice it stayed in parts of my hair but in the back. The box said it was permanent. I left it on for a hour and it still didn't work.
