Eat better. You can find lots of information about food that will purify your skin. My brother and mother have had really bad acne and they watch their diet and it's all gone now. Trust me on this. My brother couldn't even touch his own face because of all the infections and he tried several medicines and they all didn't work or just for a short period of time. Good luck with it!

See a dermatologist if you can. If you can't go to acne.org and follow their instructions. It works, but if you have cystic acne you really need to see a doctor.

Change your pillowcases frequently. Wash your makeup brushes frequently. use honey aspirin tea tree oil masques.
