What does it mean when I shave my legs and after they are so irritated to the point of burning even after I apply lotion!? :-( ouch.

It could be razor burn. Try exfoliating your legs or applying a shaving cream?

Or shave with baby oil. I shave with baby oil to help prevent ingrown hairs and razor burn.

A new razor everytime and conditioner,with unscented lotion.Sometimes what I do is put some witch hazel or rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab after I shave to avoid the itching..hope it helps.
