Sheila I use Olive Oil I bought it in the supermarket it's good for sauce it says and I put 3 teaspoons and I love fresh lemon

I'm a gel head, so when its short I wash n condition like the bottle says ...which prompts growth :( but with length once its itchy and unmanageble I wash it.

hi tia i saw your comment on soneone post for facial you said olive oil and is that reg cooking olive oil to use and how much of everything to use and also fresh lemon or lemon juice
