The Great Slew of Questions!

Hello ladies and gents!
I have some questions that are kind of all across the board, but instead posting a hundred times I thought I'd post them all here! Yosh!

1. So I just started a warehouse job and it's pretty sweaty and my hair has been waving up and getting crazy. Does anyone have a spray or technique to keep my hair from frizzing or losing style?

2. The warehouse job also requires lots of walking, heavy lifting and on my feetedness, so I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for some hardcore comfy shoes/boots.

3. And my most complicated question... I've struggled with my weight for many years, I lose a little and gain a little. However, I've had a baffling situation arise. After adding consistent exercise to my life and beginning to lose for once, I've suddenly gained roughly 6 lbs and I don't fit in my jeans, yet all my measurements have stayed the same. If you have an explanation, please help me out!

Thanks all in advance!

1 - There is some anti frizz products on the marked, I think it is Aussie that have a really good one! But I would say braid your hair, it's cute, it stays all day and your hair wouldn't be in your face :)

2 - As for shoes I would recommend Nike Free :) They are comfy and gives all the support you will need!

Last I think that the weight gain can be muscles now that you have this new hard job :)

Answering in separate posts so I can see everything I'm writing:
3 - This happens some times. Normally the losing it comes after. What could also be happening is depending on the type of excursions your doing you could be turning that fat into muscle, which is heavier and will cause you to weigh more.

Now if this continues for two or three months you may need to change up something your doing or go to a doctor. I know that if you changes diets really quickly, work out a lot and don't eat enough, or eat less out of no where it can put your body into shock. It will think you're starving it and latch on to every last bit of food you eat.

2 - I hear Nike is really good, nurses shoes (my step brother and sister work at McDonalds and they swear that they're comfy), and crocs.

1 - Anti frizz products, I believe Big Sexy Hair as a few. But put it up doing the day like I'm a bun, a braid, or a pony tail so you don't notice it to much.

1. John Frieda curling spray is good, it stops your hair from going crazy:) I'd put it up in a sock/doughnut bun, its easy and stays up all day!

2. I'd say Dr Martens! So comfy, they're original use WAS for industrial workers, so they're built for that! I can walk around London for hours on end in my Docs and my feet don't hurt at all!
