Other girls say to you, or around you,...
?I'm all natural, I don't need to wear make up!?

It use to bother me, but now I'm just like (yawn)... pure ignorance and society's little puppet.

I don't really get why that bothered you...?
There are people who do not (need to or want to) wear make up and others that like wearing...

Mmm... I think that the most important is balance.
If a super beautiful, almost perfect girl would say that she don't need make up, maybe I'll agree... Otherwise, everyone can look better. Anyway it's their choise

When they try to be stuck upp about it yess.

Lol exactly Anabel... I could be putting on make up , rather in public or at home, and my sisters or their friends would say little slick nasty comments...
And as far as ignorance, I wasn't necessarily saying it towards the topic and body of this discussion, some peoples opinions about make up, in general.

That depends on tone. Usually when they say I don't need make up (yawn) I'm like so youre saying that I'm buttugly and you're the most beautiful perfect thing on the planet? I normally don't stand for people's bull ( I'm not getting paid to so why should I?) so usually they shut up real fast. I usually say something just as smart or slick back at them because what the hell. If you don't want t wear make up go for it. But don't give people who do an attitude like your shit doesn't stink or something..

Never had that said to me but I guess I'd just see it as jealousy. It takes skill to know how to apply make up, clearly they lack it

If somebody has said it in a tone to make me feel bad about wearing make up, I certainly ask what's the problem with wearing make up? It's my choice. Like your choice to not wear it. Same way I didn't question or make a remark about them not wearing it they shouldn't make a remark to me wearing it. But if the person is just saying it without trying to make me feel a certain way then I'm fine with it really.

I think I know what Nikkie means. I was discussing make up with a girl I mentor with. She was talking about how she wanted to learn make up so that she could be her own make up artist for her shoots. One girl, I guess, felt left out of the conversation and just blurted that she doesn't wear make up, she thinks it's useless, and dumb. She did it quite condescendingly. When someone tells me that they don't wear make up while I'm helping them, it's okay. What they're trying to tell me is that this is new, and they made need extra help, or something light and easy to start off with. When it's said like this, and meant to be offensive, I respond by saying that to me it is a form of art and it goes beyond beauty.

Natural & makeup are two different things, makeup is enhancing but it does not compare to natural. natural includes being okay with I perfections like red spots dark spots & everything we tone together with makeup! so they can not need it all they want! when they wanna look extra beautified THEY NEED MAKEUP lol.

Happy that they feel good about wearing no make up, but usually they say it as if to annoy you on purpose. I knew a girl who never shut about the fact she never wore makeup. There's normal, but then there are a few girls who think it needs to be published. Sorry haha just my opinion.

Makeup is completely fine to use if it is used right! Some people like me including don't feel 100% comfortable going out without makeup on for a number of reasons! So girls like that should just be quite unless they know the real reason as to why the person is wearing makeup! But if someone said that to me I would shrug it off why give them the satisfaction of a reaction good or bad!

What bothers me more are those who say they don't wear makeup when they obviously are wearing a few layers..
