I second Saara's suggestion - look into the expert face brush. :) For overall face powder, I just use a kabuki brush from ELF :)

I think the powder brush is a strong addition to your brush collection. It's a bit more dense than other powder brushes so the bristles don't fold all over your face when you apply powder. It's the brush I reach for more often than not.
Other brushes worth checking out would be the setting brush, stippling brush, and the starter set. The setting brush is great for undereye setting powder but also highlighter. You could use it to just powder your t-zone, too. I like the stippling brush for applying all kinds of things: blush (cream and powder), primer, foundation- you name it. It's small enough to fit in specific areas but not so small that it takes forever to blend out foundation. The starter set is a great mix of eye brushes than can double for detailed face brushes, too. I get use out of all of them one way or another- it's a great addition to the core collection.
