Rimmel or Wet n Wild are good budget ones or I like to vb use MAC Mineralize skin finish as a bronzer - use one about 2 shades darker than my skintone or Lancome matte bronzer.

Rimmel's Natural Bronzer looks like it has sparkles in it but image sparkles don't actually show up on your face. Benefit's Hoola bronzer, NARS Laguna bronzer and NARS Casino bronzer are also really good matte bronzers.
