Well I'm not the same skin tone as you but I'm a fellow black girl. Viva Glam V, Ruby Woo, Freckletone, Crème de Nude, Candy Yum Yum (looks better on darker women than light, IMO), Cyber, Diva, Rebel, Up the Amp, Morange, the list can go on. Most of the colors there will suit your lips. If it's too bright you can always add a lip liner.

You can make any color work for you by using lip liners to tone down the color. But the colors Pamela suggested are great.

I'm not the same tone, but as a tanned person many shades look ridiculously too light on me. The ones that work for me are: Ruby Woo, Amorous, Candy Yum Yum, Rebel, Up the Amp, RiRi Woo (Rihanna's new shade), Viva Glam Nicki, and Diva.
