Why don't you try leaving it down curly? you may actually like it. I have a friend who has really curly hair and before she hated having her hair Down but she tried it and actually liked it.

If you want a new haircut side bangs and a few layers will absolutely look cute on you:)
For a different hairdo try fishtail,french braid,poof or just a half updo
