I've tried a lot of things to make my hair healthy I'm not willing to give up hair color or the heat tools but I was just wondering what has worked for yall to achieve soft shiny healthy hair.

Try coconut or olive oil, leave it in overnight, this worked for me! (;

Tresseme Smooth and Silky shampoo :) I had very damaged hair, to the point it was falling out. Now it's super soft and touchable:) lifesaver.

Use a weekly deep conditioner on damp hair and sleep in it. I use the it's a 10 miracle hair mask. I'm sure any hair mask will work. Just make sure to sleep in it. Leaving it in the longer, the better. Also, use a heat protectant when using hot tools as well as an oil. Paul Mitchell has hot off the press thermal protectant as well as super skinny serum. I use both and my hairs in pretty good shape for what I've done/do to it! Hope that's helped.

Coconut oil, I don't leave it in overnight tho, I usually do it for 1-3 hours and twice a week.
