I've been wanting a good quality palette with neutral colors. The neutral palettes I have now are from the drugstore and I find they aren't great quality. Would you recommend the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette or something else?

I always recommend Too faced Chocolate bar palette, the original. Of all the palettes I have its my most used and most loved.
The combination of colors gives you so many options for looks, soft neutrals, darker night time looks and even a few pops of colors like a purple, a dark redish brown.
All the colors are easy to work with and play well together. They blend easy without blending away.
It has both matte and shimmery shades and it has 2 bigger highlight shades, a matte and a shimmery.
All in all I think its the perfect palette - its great for beginners and for long time eyeshadow users :)

Tbh, I have the naked 2 and almost never use it. I prefer the naked 3. It has beautiful shades! (: definitely recommend

The Naked 3 looks really nice but I know those colors would look horrible on my skin tone

If you want a really good dupe you can check out the W7 palettes. They sort of dupe the Naked, Naked2 and Naked3 palettes.
Their dupe for the Naked, a few shades were that pigmented but for the naked 2, the colors are good quality. If you're wanting a more expensive one then I do agree on the original Chocolate Bar too

Lorac pro 3 I don't have it but, I have the lorac pro 2 and the naked 2, I like the pigmentation and the consistency from the lorac better. Also I have heard goood things about the kat von d shade and light palette, and I am planning to get it soon.

It's a drugstore brand from Europe I don't know exactly which country but you can get the palette for like... $7 on ebay.

W7 is incredible, I have all the Naked palette dupes from W7 and their pigmentation and longevity is insane. You can buy their palettes on Amazon :)

I love my Naked 2. Its one of those palettes that I go back to constantly, like if I can't decide on a look, I know I can figure out something with my Naked 2. I also recommend Too Faced Chocolate Bar (the original) and the Bon Bons is amazing too.

I highly suggest the Lorac Pro palettes, perfectly pigmented and blend so smoothly and easily. They're half shimmer and half matte with mostly neutral shades an a couple fun colors. I have 1 and 2, the 3 is on my wish list (:

I don't think you can buy Lorac in Canada :(

I just bought Lorac pro 3 and I love it. it is VERY neutral...almost border line boring BUT it's everything you need in a neutral palette. the mattes are awesome and the shimmers are beautiful. I prefer lorac shadows over urban decay.

I like the Lorac Pro 2 and I really like it, but I bought the Pro 3 last week and ending up returning it (and I rarely return makeup)! I wanted to love it but it just did not look good no matter what primer, brush, or if I wet it or not. The colors just looked blah, I was so sad... It swatched great, but once if was on my lid it just looked really boring. I wanted to love it but it just wasn't happening.

I have over 40 palettes from Lorac, Too Faced, UD, and KVD. Naked 2 is by far my favorite.
lorac palettes are too chalky and muddy. Too Faced chocolate bar palettes are great, but I find that the first two run way, way too warm for my taste.
The Naked 2 is a great palette. It was actually my first high-end palette.
