Anyone know what skincare is the best for dry skin?? I use all of the garnier dry skin creams and wipes etc.but it won't budge! It's hard to put foundation on because it goes all patchy! Help :(

If it's flaky I recommend using an exfoliator to get the dead skin off. I'd also recommend using a heavy duty moisturizer

I'd definitely try an exfoliater and I love Clinique moisturisers :)

Definitely try a mild exfoliant, a hydrant, then apply moisturizer last. A hydrant is sooo important but often overlooked. They sink deep into the skin unlike a moisturizer which just sets ontop of the skin and prevents moisture from escaping. My favorite hydrants are Mac Prep+Prime Moisture Infusion and Chanel Hydra Beauty Micro Serum (: Also a primer will help with the foundation applying patchy
