What is the best high end mascara?

I have the benefit they're real and I'm not s fan of it, I find it doesn't go nice on me and I was wondering which high end mascara is worth the money? I've been thinking about the too faced better than sex or Dior blackout? Thank you.

I've used quite a few high end mascaras and here are some I've used recently.

1. Smashbox Full Exposure: I'm using the waterproof version at the moment. I love this stuff, it's a nice mix of length and volume. It builds on itself nicely and I can create a semi natural or a more dramatic look. It's a normal fibre mascara wand, nothing too special.

2. Clinique Naturally Glossy: I use this when I want a truly convincing natural look. If you have watery eyes I wouldn't recommend this as it does run relatively easily. If you're after truly natural looking lashes (it doesn't build very well so choose another mascara for dramatic looks) then this is great. Again this is your typical mascara wand.

3. Charlotte Tilbury Full Fat Lashes: This has a fibre wand but it's cut into a star shape which helps coat the lashes apparently. Good for volume, not so great for length. Builds nicely for a more dramatic look.

4. Benefit Rollerlash: A plastic comb like mascara wand this time. Hate They're real but love this! Good for length not so much for volume. Gives very long fluttery lashes.

5. Smashbox Indecent Exposure: a very small, thin fibre wand. Creates natural or dramatic lashes very black but very easy to over apply and get clumpy lashes.

I've been loving Mac Instacurl. Curls like Rollerlash but gives more volume. It Cosmetics Superhero gives a lot of curl & volume (more volume than Rollerlash) too, but it clumps a bit and it flakes a little also. So Mac Instacurl is like if Rollerlash & Superhero had a baby. Plus, the Mac has an adjustable wand, so you can bend the bristles to fit the curve of your eyes. Cool packaging too, like a dinosaur talon.

Huge fan of the Dior Blackout... I like the Too Faced Better Than Sex as well. If I could only use one mascara for the rest of my life it would be the Dior Blackout.  ;)

I'm in love with the Tarte lights camera splashes mascara. I can take a shower, wash my face and it still doesn't come off. And no flaking. It does come off easy enough when I use Neutrogena waterproof mascara remover. The mascara does great, for me, at giving volume, lengthening and lifting.
I recently bought the Lancome grandiose mascara, it's 10 dollars more and it flakes on me.

I love the two faced better than sex mascara! It doesn't smear or flake and it last all day. It make your lashes look so good! It lengthens and volumizes them very well. It's my all time favorite!

I love Dior's Blackout, but my everyday fave is Mally's volumizing mascara. I only need one coat - no flaking, minimal smudging. If you buy during one of her QVC specials, it's better than some drugstore prices!
