My lashes are sparse and light and tend to fall out a lot.. has anyone tried any supplemenf or serum to regrow lashes? and did you notice an improvement?

I wouldn't recommend a supplement unless you're deficient in a certain vitamin, of which only a Dr or healthcare professional can tell you. I don't know how old you are but lashes do tend to get sparser as you age.

I use coconut on my eyelashes to keep them moisturized but I'm not sure if that's the safest method to regrow lashes. Personally I've noticed an increase in the length of my lashes gradually after applying it nightly for a bit over a year. Coconut oil can even remove your eye makeup so I guess it's a win win situation.

I used a kiko growing mascara and it worked really well I don't have the pictures sorry.

If money is of no object to you, Chantecaille has a mascara that ails with lash growth.
