Hello beauties,
I'm talking about the CeraVe face washes. I've got both, but want to know everyone's opinion.
The foaming Cleanser VS the hydrating cleanser.
Also,
My face is breaking out pretty bad (hormonal/stress) and it's a bit inflamed and hurts. Any recommendations to ease the swelling and or pain?
Thanks!

I don't know about the CeraVe face washes.. But putting ice on the spots reduces swelling quite a bit. Also, applying neosporin and a bandaid to a spot helps a bunch!

Ones for dry skin and the other is for oily skin. Both can be used for normal skin. If you have normal skin I might try to pick the one to balance out the rest of your skin care.

I agree with putting ice on the spots. Maybe with a thin towel in between if the cold is too strong for your skin. I do this at night. Normally it makes it redder at first but when I wake up the spot is much smaller.
