KP Duty Scrub and lotion from DermaDoctor is ahhhmazing. The results are impressive and rapid.
Another great product is the Alpha Hydrox Exfoliating lotion. Leaves skin SO soft and paors with the Dermadoctor scrub. Honestly, its the softest and smoothest my skin has ever been. The Alpha Hydrox Body Lotion is at Walgreens, and I believe Walmart. I know you can get it online and if you are in the United States, it's inexpensive.

I have KP on my arms & legs. I've discovered that using body wash & lotion that are unscented/fragrance free helps a lot, the perfumes in products can sometimes irritate your skin, which can make the bumps worse. I use Dove Sensitive Skin body wash in the shower with a pouf. It's extremely moisturizing and the pouf gently exfoliates.
Sometimes I'll go after my skin with a sugar scrub - especially before shaving - this can help as well as long as you get one that's gentle. I use one from Mayfair Soap Foundry (you can get it at Target) and it's really nice. It doesn't rub my skin raw. It has a scent, but it's not overpowering.
For lotion, I use Curèl Rough Skin Rescue. It has a lot of ingredients that gently exfoliate your skin and it doesn't leave it greasy afterwards (this lotion is also good for people with psoriasis or eczema). The combination of all these products leave my skin soooooo soft and bump/redness free 😊
