Most people think it's stupid when girls wear leggings as pants. I'd wear them with a long sweater or something if you wanted to get away with it, that way it covers them up a bit, since that is what they are intended for anyways.

I wear leggings without anything covering my butt, cause I honestly don't give a flying... Well you get it. Its not against the law to wear leggings without a long sweater and as long as you don't have them up in your crotch, its fine. Plus, if you got a but flaunt it.

Trashy/classy are overrated terms...
And if somebody is seeing ass with thong, it's not the fact that it's leggings. It's the fact that your garment is just too damn sheer. I've yet to see ass with thong with my leggings and with leggings 2NE1 and other KPOP stars wear on stage.
All of my leggings have crazy prints on them. I don't like wearing them under a skirt. Sometimes I'll just happen to wear them under a long top if the top I choose to wear is longer than my butt. I don't care if it is or not. My leggings aren't the tight cotton like ones.
