I think it'd look lovely! I'd take the picture in, or just say you want a v-cut at the back and a few layers put in :)

Take the picture with you! The thinner look at the bottom is most likely because of long layers so ask for some of those as well as a v cut

I think the length is gorgeous. Maybe if you're wanting a change, get some swoop or side bangs. And maybe add some shorter layers:)
