It starts for everyone July 17th and ends August 2nd. Card holders get early access on the 9th
@Lili, there are some restrictions on what's on sale, but I've gotten some amazing things from there that I probably wouldn't be willing to pay full price for (college budget). Definitely check it out :)

There are big discounts in every department. For fashion items its all new merchandise for fall. In beauty, they'll have lots of different things going on with exclusive to Nordstrom items, GwPs and super size items that you can't normally buy.
