I used to always go to old navy, those jeans lasted forever! Except for the few that couldn't handle my walking on my knees and sliding... But that's my fault! But aeropostale and forever 21 also have good ones, I just like old navy because that was like the only store I got stuff from when I was younger, and they have the super skinny jeans that fit me.

Ross has jeans and leggings for $10-$15. I have yet to experience any issues with quality. Just as long as you wash them properly, they'll last.
