My eyelashes won't curl, at all. Eyelash curlers won't work and mascara goes on clumpy, no matter what kind I use. Whenever I use mascara I just get stick straight clumpy eyelashes. I've put mascara on, then tried curling them and heating the curler. Nothing works! Help! Please :(

Hi! I dont have much experience with lash curling however I feel your pain on clumpy lashes! One product that has helped me quite a bit is an eyelash comb! I purchased one by Sonia Kashuk at Target and I believe that MAC has also come out with their own version, its dual sided with a lash comb on one end and a brow comb on the other and REALLY helps to seperate your lashes and remove the clumpiness! Hope this helps, Goodluck!

I take the mascara wand and wrap a paper towel around it and pull the wand out slowly to remove excess product. Then I apply 2 or sometimes even 3 coats, repeating the paper towel thing each time and letting each coat dry thoroughly in between. Then, when I'm sure everything is dry, I warm up my eyelash curler with the blow dryer and then curl my lashes. My lashes will not hold a curl if I curl them prior to mascara, in the same way that my hair won't hold a curl unless I apply product before the roller/curling iron.
Just be sure to be extra gentle when removing eye makeup and be gentle to your lashes. Frequent use of the above method can really dry out or damage your lashes.

Try culling each eye 4 30 seconds then hurry and put on some mascara don't worry if it clumps take a Q-tip and gently roll it from the base of ur lashes to the tip, and don't worry this kind of stuff happens to everyone

use a little bit of waterproof mascara. then heat your eyelash curler with a hairdryer (not to hot that it will burn your eyelids). then apply your normal mascara:) hope I helped:)

The problem may be that you are not using a good eyelash curler. Yes, the shu uemura, shiseido works wonders, but are pricey. I recommend Sonia Kashuk's eyelash curler from Target. It's amazing and seriously works the same. Her eyelash comb is great too, which was suggested above. If your curl still falls, then waterproof mascara is what you need. I have asian lashes and that's the only type that holds my curl. Hoped I helped :)

Your lashes might be a little unhealthy. Try dabbing a little petroleum Jelly ($2.00 vaseline) on a spoolie ($1.00 ELF) then apply it on your lashes like you would with a mascara. Try leaving it over night. It will moisturize your lashes and will also help with lengthening. Keep doing it for a week or until your lashes seems healthier! :)
