Cheap affordable mascara's and eyeliner?

I'm really looking for good eyeliner. I have short, thick eyelashes but I want them to be longer and a bit more darker/thicker. Also, what gel eyeliners do you guys recommend? I'm thinking about essence's gel liner but I would still love some suggestions :)

Physicians formula has a really good liquid liner that is also supposed to help your lashes grow, its really good!

For a pencil eyeliner, definitely Milani LiquifEye. ELF makes a really decent cream liner. Prestige is a nice deep black volumizing mascara. If you don't care if the products are cruelty free or not, Maybelline makes amazing mascaras for just about every lash need you can think of.

Maybelline's Stiletto mascara magnifies my lashes without the clumps. Estee Lauder also a excellent mascaras, although they coat a tad more than Maybelline.

Milani liquid liner are the best!! Better than any high end brand! As for mascara rimmel scandaleyes or maybelline cat eye.

I have had elf products before, and they're not bad. I heard the eyeliner dried out fast though due to the plastic container /: I'm thinking of essence's gel eyeliner and getting a elf eyeliner brush. AND MILANI IS SO CUTE but kinda outta my budget since it's just a pencil lol (liquify)

I'll check out wet and wild as well as maybelline. Thanks guys :)
