You Always apply concealer before foundation

No. Foundation first...because you need to see what still needs to be covered by concealer.

I'm a trainee make up artist and I've got taught to put concealer on first foundation then powder..but its up too you!

Concealer or foundation first it just depends what works better for you and the type of concealer then powder (:

Well if it helps I'm using maybeline fit me foundation , maybeline fit me Concealer and cover girl powder
