Also, would red heels be appropriate? I know their dress code is all black but don't own black heels.

Have any other black shoes?

I think the shirt is a good choice, it's formal enough for an interview but still a little different! Rock it! Personally I think it depends what the does are like - patent red heels I wouldn't go for, but I think maybe suedette/matte heels or flats would work well.

Its low cut, fitted and lacy. Not appropriate for an interview. First impression is everything and you want to go in being conservative. What other options do you have in regards to tops?

In my view, cleavage and lace is,an interview no no.

Yeah I also don't think that would work for an interview. It looks more like something you would wear at a club or party.

I agree with Shelley and Rozberry.

I think the red shoes for the one should be fine, for an interview helps stand out from those who do wear all black. Just get black heels as soon as you can

Honestly I don't see this as being particularly low cut, but if that is a concern you can easily layer a cami underneath to cover a little. I think it just depends how you pull the rest of the outfit together. As long as it's worn with trousers or a conservative skirt, I think it's absolutely fine, just as long as you have balance. Perhaps a neat cardigan would help, too, just to pull things together and offer a decent amount of modesty. There's nothing wrong with a little cleavage in an interview, as long as you keep it professional.

Nice outfit but it's a bit too 'cleavage' and low cut and lacy for an interview.
If it was me maybe a long pencil skirt and a white blouse and some black flats :)

I agree this shirt is too low cut for an interview. If you can I would go with a more conservative blouse or button up shirt with some nice black slacks and black flats.

I agree- I think it's not appropriate for an interview. Ellie, there is definitely no such thing as keeping cleavage professional lol. Adorable shirt!! Just not for an interview :)

If budget is a big concern I would check out Old Navy for affordable tops along with Target, Ross and Marshalls. If you go with the red pumps definitely wear flesh tone knee highs if pairing up with pants or stockings if its a skirt. Congrats on scoring the interview and I hope you land the position. ;)

I completely agree with Ellie! You can always add a little black cami underneath if you're worried about cleavage, but I honestly don't think you need it. As long as you keep your attitude professional and sleek, you should do great!
And with the heels do you maybe have any grey or purple shoes? Darker colored shoes would be preferable. But if you don't, rock the red shoes! Just try to get a pair of black shoes soon! :) Good luck!

I don't think it's interview appropriate, a black shirt would be better :) I'd go with the red heels though!

A good rule of thumb is to dress for the interview according to the dress code for the company. Look at what the employees are wearing. At Dillard's employees aren't allowed to wear capris or even ankle pants, no black denim (of course) skirts to the knee or beyond, and nothing sleeveless. Always err on the side of caution. It's a hella cute shirt though!
