Coastal scents has some good brush sets. I got the 22 brush set I believe. Quite inexpensive and I love the brushes

I got the sigma premium kit and I love them all. I got a few others as well but they're all great. Morphe brushes are great for low end but I didn't get a set I just got a bunch.

Sigma is always a good choice, but quit pricey for me. Amazing quality though!
Real techniques are quit good price, and very good high end quality.
Zoeva has inexpensive brushes which are amazing too, but not as good as sigma or Mac etc.
