Recently I've started accutane, and I can already tell a huge difference in my lips. They are super dry and starting to become painful. Do any of you know of any good lip products? I would like to stay at reasonable prices/ easy accessibility.

At night I always use Vaselin/vicks vapor rub. When my lips are bad I'll sleep with that mixture on and wake up with new lips. In the day I really like smiths strawberry lip balm. It's in a gold tub and been my holy grail lip balm for 8 years :)

Vicks vapor rub! ahh I remember using that for everything else but not on the lips! lol. I really love Aquaphor lip repair. I apply it everynight. that or Nivea lip butter, they're both super eaxy so thats why I apply it at night and before I do my makeup (I wipe it off right before I put my lip product on), they're both so moisturizing!

And then I use this one at night, it actually came in a set for 11$ but I couldn't find that online. I don't like this one during the day as it feels very thick and oily on the lips, and I don't like eating or drinking or anything before it absorbs. But if you just want one, this goes a long way. I bought mine in early June and I only finished the stick around a week or so ago, and the tin still has a good 60% left in it. I use it every night, and the stick at least 5 times a day.

Lol I fully readied your question lol...for the past month I been loving the new Vaseline lip therapy in rosy lips also blister Medicean on top of the elf lip exfoliator. I'm having the same problem as you.

I am almost two months in and have found Dr. Dan's Cortibalm to be a savior! It works like a charm and its 4$. Also if you want something with color BITE agave lip mask is good too!

I use Vaseline Lip Therapy with cocoa butter for moisturizing, and then I use Hawaiian Tropic SPF 45 lip balm under my lipstick to protect my lips from sun damage. It's really really cheap, I think under $2.
