Don't try to fix it yourself at home, it might get worse. That looks pretty bad. It would be best to consult with your physician.

That looks like a pretty serious burn, I would get it looked at by a doctor. If you can, wear loose pants or shorts to let it breathe. Keep it clean, and use some Neosporin until you see the doctor. Ouch! Hope it heals okay!

Crikey that looks painful! I'd say before you put any creams on it seek medical advice, you don't want to make it worse. Do keep it clean though, wash it with salt water (not to highly concentrated though) =]

Owie! Definitely doctor, that's a 3rd degree burn I think. Try aloe vera until then, it soothes the burn and helps it from scarring :)

Keep it clean no matter what, have it wrapped up if your outside since dirt, dust and bacteria gets stirred up twice as much out there. Stead clear of swimming (I know it's still too cold but no hot tubs either!)

Eeek, I'm sorry Hun, but I think it's going to scar no matter what. Having it heal is most important so go see a doctor and follow his advice :-)
