YES! All of my eyeshadows are from drugstores. Try ELF, revlon, almay, and milani. They're just as good as the expensive ones.

L.A. Colors has really pigmented shadows and you can find them at the dollar store. E.L.F. is usually at Target. I've never seen Milani at any stores here, but I've heard that Rite Aid sometimes carries it.

You can get LA colors from dollar tree or dollar general and they work really well plus you can't beat the price
